Terms & Conditions

By entering the New Distillers Tasting Competition, you hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Submissions:

  • A physical submission is two (2) 750ml bottles of a particular spirit to be entered into the Competition. Ready-to-Drink submissions may submit four (4) 12oz cans.
  • All physical submissions must be received before May 15, 2021.
  • All submissions must be from a licensed distillery.
  • Submissions will not be returned after the Competition has concluded.
  • Distillery University is not responsible for shipping delays or breakage in transit. These occurrences may result in removal from the Competition.
  • Entry fee refunds are not permitted.
  • All participants must have been licensed on or after January 1st, 2016.

Media:

  • Distillery University reserves the right to photograph, record or otherwise display your submissions throughout the course of the Competition, both at the event and online. If you do not wish to have your submissions displayed, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you, but it is not guaranteed.

Distillery University LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
