Description

Basics of Distillation (May 18th, 2021): Director of Education and award-winning distiller Todd Buckley offers an entry-level overview of craft distillation. This is a great option for students who have little to no experience with distillation and are looking to get some basic knowledge and formulate a future learning plan.

Ingredient Sourcing (May 27th, 2021): Director of Education and award-winning distiller Todd Buckley walks us through the fascinating study of ingredient sourcing. Learn what to look for, what to avoid, where to get them, and how much you should be paying.
